Chris Homman's Bio

Chris Homman
Chris Homman was born in south central Wisconsin and was raised in a hunting family to say the least. Chris says his fondest hunting memories were when he was a little kid he and his brother would wait for his father and uncles to come back from every hunting trip. A lowered tailgate of a truck was a sure indication that a big buck was possibly laying in that truck. Chris has been hunting since he was 12 years old, and sitting in a tree or stalking along a fence line with his bow is what he is all about!

When Chris isn’t chasing whitetails with his bow around Wisconsin, Chris loves bowhunting out west for big elk. Shed hunting or turkey hunting, Chris is busy year-around in some aspect of hunting.

Chris also is blessed with a loving and supporting family. He’s been married to his wife Jennifer for the past eleven years and they have two little boys; Will and Charlie. Chris is already taking his boys outdoors and starting the process of training the ultimate hunters!

Chris is a professional firefighter/ paramedic for the past 12 years, and he straight up loves his job. On his days off he also helps out on his wife’s family’s grain farm that is located near their home. Chris really enjoys working the land, managing his food plots, and growing big deer.

Todd’s Comments
Thinking back to when I first met Chris through Andy Nevar; Nev’s simply said – “Dude you have to meet my buddy Chris down the road – he’s just like us”. Yeah, the rest is history I guess they say. One thing stands out to me every time I see Chris. He has a big ol’ grin on his face and is ALWAYS in a great mood and just gushing happiness! This is a trait I think we all need a little bit more of! I’m pleased to share Chris’s story with you all this upcoming season.
